This is why the therapy I offer you is bespoke; there are no one-size-fits-all scripts. I offer confidentiality and a relaxing, quiet therapy room in which we can explore your needs together.

There are times in life when we all struggle. Cognitive Hypnotherapy is solution based — we talk about your problem, but focus on your solution.
How I can help youQuest Cognitive Hypnotherapy is evidence-based, it is not stage hypnosis. No entertaining antics or pocket watches here.
Cognitive Hypnotherapy uses ‘everyday trance’, which is akin to a state of deep relaxation. You will retain your faculties every step of the way. The therapy is tailored to you as an individual.
It is a collaborative process and often feels more like a conversation. Underpinning this apparent ease, it draws upon a wide range of tools derived from Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and other modalities.
Above all it is solution-focussed; the end goal is always to help you achieve what you want and need from life. The short video below explains more.
